Plant oils, chosen with care

Massage oils, butter and creams

The oil is part of the massage experience. Its texture, temperature and scent matter, so we discuss the available options before your appointment.

A clear choice of ingredients

Plant oils instead of paraffin oil.

Paraffin oil is mineral-oil based. It is not part of the massage oil selection I use. For mobile wellness massage, I choose selected plant-based oils, mainly from Primavera.

Where the specific product allows, I look for cold-pressed oils, organic quality and clear information about origin. Product properties and certifications vary, so I can tell you which oil is available and share the manufacturer's information before your appointment.

I value straightforward ingredients and careful sourcing. Where it can be confirmed for the product, I also consider shorter transport routes and fair trade. Products are stored according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Sensitive skin, allergies or fragrance preferences?

Please tell me before the appointment and name any ingredients you need to avoid. We can choose a low-scent option or leave oil out. If there is any uncertainty about a product, I will not use it.

Texture and scent

Options for your massage.

The selection depends on your scent preferences, the feel you like and what is available for the appointment. Ask me about the exact product and its ingredients.

Grapeseed and coconut oil

Plant-based oils with a lighter feel and smooth glide. The texture depends on the particular product and preparation.

Almond, apricot kernel and macadamia oil

Soft, smooth textures for an even massage. Please mention nut allergies so we can choose an appropriate option or avoid these oils.

Jojoba, argan and olive oil

Different textures, from lighter to richer. We can compare the available options and choose what feels comfortable for the session.

Avocado oil and avocado butter

A richer-feeling option that may be available by request. Availability can vary.

Shea and mango butter

Rich alternatives to a standard massage oil. We can discuss the texture and ingredients of the available product.

Body cream

A creamy alternative for a different feel. The exact product and ingredients are confirmed before use.

Lavender and eucalyptus

Essential oils can add a gentle scent for those who enjoy them. The amount and fragrance strength are discussed in advance. Essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil.

Your scent remains your choice

Fragrance is optional.

You do not need to like essential oils for the massage to feel pleasant. A subtle or fragrance-free option may be possible, and we can also agree to use no oil. Tell me in advance about known allergies or ingredients you wish to avoid.

Massage oils and creams are used externally during a wellness massage. They are not medical products or remedies.
